Are the cards really made of solid metal?

Yes, the Universe Cards are high-end collectibles. The card size is identical to a credit card, so you can keep it inside your wallet.

Will I receive a card with every item I order?

You will receive one card for each item priced at $60+ (or EUR equivalent) excluding shipping, or one card for cheaper items totaling $60+ excluding shipping. Some exceptions may apply to discounted items, seasonal sales, and special promotional items.

Can I win more than one card if I order multiple items in a single order?

Yes, if you order two or more items, the same rules will apply, and you will receive more than one card if the $60+ requirement is satisfied.

How do I submit my card?

Click on the red "Submit my card" button and enter your card ID. Please do this no later than 7 days after receiving your order.

How can I spend my store credits?

Store credits can be used in full to receive completely free items of your choice or to partially pay for your order. You can redeem them at any time within 1 year.

What happens to my points if I return my order?

To avoid malpractice and scams, points will be deducted for returned orders.

How do I collect my store credits or other prizes when I reach a new level?

Please email us at care@protemoa.com to collect your prize. Later this year, we will introduce an automatic portal to submit your cards and count your points and current level.
