Returns and Refunds Information

At Protémoa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a full return for all items within 14 days from the date the parcel was received.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. We will only accept returns if the following criteria are met:

- Brand New & Unworn: The item must show no signs of wear, washing, or use.

- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

- Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must remain securely attached.

- Flawless Condition: The item must be free from any defects, odors, or animal hair/lint.

Please note: If a returned item does not meet these requirements, the return will be rejected, and a refund will not be issued.

 

Shipping & Costs

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Full Refunds (Including Shipping)

A full refund, including original shipping costs, will be applied only in the following cases:

- Product Defect or Damage: If the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence.

- Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order is already in transit, our standard return policy applies.

- Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and handle the return process for the incorrect one.

- Non-Delivery: If an item is lost in transit or not delivered, we will investigate and provide a solution for reshipment.
