Returns and Refunds Information

Protémoa offers full return for all items within 14 days from the date the parcel was received, no questions asked. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

Full refund, including shipping costs return may be applied in the following cases:

 1. Product Defect or Damage: If the item you received is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please notify us immediately and provide necessary documentation or evidence to support your claim.

 2. Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

 3. Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong item in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and you may be eligible for a refund if the incorrect item needs to be returned.

 4. Non-Delivery: In rare cases where the item is not delivered within the specified timeframe or is lost in transit, we will investigate the issue and, if deemed necessary, provide a refund or reship the item.
