Protémoa offers 2 different shipping methods to Mexico:
Standard Shipping: 199 MXN, 6-12 business days;
FedEx Express Shipping: 590 MXN, 3-5 business days.

Order processing usually takes less than 24 hours, except for Sundays. A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as the order has been shipped. The prices shown on the website are final and include taxes and duties for all the countries in the shipping list.

Protémoa offers full return for all items within 14 days from the date the parcel was received, no questions asked. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

Full refund, including shipping costs return may be applied in the following cases:

 1. Product Defect or Damage: If the item you received is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please notify us immediately and provide necessary documentation or evidence to support your claim.

 2. Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

 3. Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong item in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and you may be eligible for a refund if the incorrect item needs to be returned.

 4. Non-Delivery: In rare cases where the item is not delivered within the specified timeframe or is lost in transit, we will investigate the issue and, if deemed necessary, provide a refund or reship the item.

 

To start a refund or return, please email us at care@protemoa.com and we will answer you within 1 day (our customer support works from Monday to Saturday, from 10 am to 19 pm (CET).

1. Pay online at checkout (secured by Stripe) using VISA, MasterCard or AMEX. Your card information is encrypted using SSL encryption.

2. Use express-checkout – Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees. The total amount due for your order will be calculated at checkout.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order, including the total amount due.
